My district leader did a card trick and bet me if I lost I had to give him a shoutout...so let's just cut through that real quick. "Elder Wood is the best district leader I have ever had."
Debt paid.
Aight so this week was off the chain. We took it to town. Got a lunchable. Came back. Had a hay day of success.
We had THREE girls accept baptism. They were all from different families too! It was crazy.
One of them, Brittany, has to get things lined out with her work so she can start coming back to church with her husband. but the other two are ready Freddy. Christian is another and she came with her husband and 3 kids to church. The baby was super funny during gospel principles crawling all over people. The last one is named Bailey. She and her husband fed us dinner (So much food I almost threw up), came to church, then took the 6 hour round trip to go to the visitors' center ALL BY THEMSELVES.
Oh funny story about them. During dinner her father-in-law (member of the ward) popped in with a lighter and says, "hey..I'm going to do some pasture burning tonight." So he leaves and 20 minutes later we heard a whole bunch of fire trucks fly by the house. Hahaha so turns out someone thought it was a structural fire but it was under control. They still roasted 20 acres of countryside though. It was the biggest and coolest thing to see ever.
This picture literally does it no justice, but its what I got.
